Terms & Conditions

1. Valid for 6 months from the 1st redemption date. 1st redemptions need to be done within the 1st 3 months to activate the package.
2. 60 Minutes Unlimited BODY MASSAGES, including Lymphatic Drainage Detox Massage, Premium Aromatherapy Massage, Child Growing Pain Massage, Pre-Natal Massage, Post-Natal Massage, Quadro Massage and Foot Massage only.
3. This package is EXCLUDED all facial treatments.
4. For any 30-minutes extension, a top-up of RM50 applies.
5. For any add-on or upgrade of ONE essential oil request, a top-up of RM15 applies.
6. Daily limit: 1 × 60 mins treatment only.
7. Package is valid for 1 pax only and non-shareable.
8. Redemption is available at all Mimone outlets within Klang Valley.
9. Weekday redemption only (excluding public holidays).
10. ONE Week advanced booking is required and subject to availability.
11. Late arrival will result in shortened treatment time; full session will still be deducted.
12. No-show or late cancellation (less than 4 hours) will be considered as one session redeemed.
13. ⁠Package is non-refundable, non-exchangeable and not convertible to cash.
14. ⁠Unused sessions after the expiry date will be forfeited. No extension allowed.
