1. Open the packet and peel off the film.

2. Apply mask essence to the face. Avoid the eyes and lips area.

3. Put on the mask for 30 mins - 1 hour.

4. Remove mask and rinse off with water.

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at MIMONE Spa Outlets. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 2 business days.

We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. 

Our in-store pickup hours are 10:30AM to 8:30PM daily (except Tuesdays). Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

1. Where is the production of the mask from?

It is formulated in New Zealand and remanufactured in Malaysia.

2. How many mask do I get in each box?

You get 9 mask sachets in a box with every purchase.

3. What kind of skin types are suitable for the product?

It is suitable for any skin types and even for sensitive skin patients.

However, if you are allergic to any skin care cosmetics, please consult a professional doctor before use.

4. How long does it take to apply each mask?

Suggested duration is between 30 mins to 1 hour.

5. At what age is it suitable for the mask to be used?

14 yrs old and above.

6. How to put on the mask?

Lay down for 3-5 mins after applying the mask. The mask will attach to your skin naturally.

7. Do I need to rinse after using the mask?

Yes, rinsing after using a mask is recommended to remove residue and keep your skin clean. Applying moisturizer afterwards helps lock in hydration and nourish your skin.

8. Can we apply mask daily

Yes, it is entirely up to you. You can apply daily or on different days.

9. During pregnancy, can we apply the mask?

Yes, you can.

10. Can we reapply the melted mask to the face?

No. Because it no longer provides nourishment to the face.

But you can use it as a body lotion, serum or soap.
