Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping at MIMONE. We want to ensure that your shopping experience with us is as smooth and enjoyable as possible. Please take a moment to review our shipping policy to understand how we handle orders, shipping rates, in-store pickups, order tracking, and returns.

Order Processing and Shipment

West Malaysia (WM): Your orders are typically processed within 3 to 5 business days.

East Malaysia (E.M.): Orders in East Malaysia are typically processed within 5 to 7 business days.

Please note that the processing timeframe excludes weekends and holidays. You will receive a notification as soon as your order has been shipped. We kindly request your understanding that occasional delays may occur due to high order volumes or issues with postal services that are beyond our control.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order are calculated and displayed at the checkout. Here are our shipping rates for domestic and international destinations:

West Malaysia: RM7 East Malaysia: RM15

Free shipping in Malaysia is available for orders exceeding RM100.

Singapore: RM40

Free shipping to Singapore is available for orders exceeding RM444.80.

In-Store Pickup

If you prefer to skip shipping fees, you can choose free local pickup at MIMONE Spa Outlets during the checkout process. After placing your order, your items will be ready for pickup within 1 to 2 business days. We will notify you by email when your order is ready along with detailed pickup instructions. Our in-store pickup hours are from 10:30 AM to 8:30 PM daily, except on Tuesdays. Please ensure you have your order confirmation email with you when you come for pickup.

Checking the Status of Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification from us, including a tracking number that you can use to monitor its status. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you do not receive your order within 5 days of receiving the shipping confirmation email, kindly reach out to us at marketing.mimone@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will investigate the matter for you.
