Terms & Conditions

1. The 10-Hour Smart Saver Package is valid for six (6) months from the date of first redemption. The 30-Hour Smart Saver Package is valid for twelve (12) months from the date of first redemption.

2. Package hours may be redeemed for any eligible massage treatment duration of 60, 90, or 120 minutes, subject to the available package balance. Eligible treatments are limited to Lymphatic Drainage Detox Massage, Hot Stone Warm Oil Massage, Premium Aromatherapy Body Massage, and Quadro Head & Shoulder Massage only.

3. Treatment hours will be deducted based on the actual treatment duration redeemed. For example, a 90-minute treatment will deduct 1.5 hours from the package balance, while a 120-minute treatment will deduct 2 hours.

4. All facial treatments and all other services not listed above are excluded from this package.

5. A surcharge of RM15 applies for each Essential Oil add-on or upgrade request.

6. Package hours may be shared among family members and friends. All treatment redemptions will be deducted from the package's remaining balance. The package purchaser is responsible for managing and authorizing all shared redemptions.

7. Package redemption is available exclusively at Mimone Spa & Wellness TTDI and Plaza Damas outlets.

8. Appointments must be made at least one (1) week in advance and are subject to availability.

9. Clients arriving late may have their treatment duration shortened to avoid disruption to subsequent appointments. The full treatment entitlement will still be deducted.

10. No-shows or cancellations made less than four (4) hours prior to the scheduled appointment will be considered as a redeemed session based on the booked treatment duration.

11. This package is non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be converted into cash, credit, or other services.

12. Mimone Spa & Wellness reserves the right to amend, modify, suspend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
